The problem

Sitis GmbH had set itself an ambitious goal: The company wanted to increase sales and reduce its dependence on large marketplaces such as Amazon with its own Shopware 6 online shop. The plan was clear: an individual, conversion-friendly and SEO-optimised online shop with fast loading times was needed to be successful in the digital age. In addition, sales from adverts such as Google Ads were to be further increased through effective tracking.

However, the existing shop did not fully meet the high demands and expectations. Previous implementations by other service providers did not lead to the desired result. The platform was not yet technically and visually at the level that Sitis GmbH was aiming for. This presented a challenge, as a reputable and appealing online shop is crucial to gaining the trust of new customers and standing out from the competition.

It was now crucial to take the right steps to achieve the goals set and strengthen Sitis GmbH's online presence.


The solution

After the intensive planning phase, we set about realising the ambitious project for Sitis GmbH. There were two crucial stages: Firstly, a new branding and design concept, then the development of the online shop.

Together we decided to give the brand a fresh, more modern look - starting with the logo and the colour concept. Weeks, maybe even months of work resulted in a new branding that not only looks more premium, but also stands out from the competition in terms of appearance and colour. Our designer created preliminary drafts of the homepage, category pages and product detail pages in Adobe XD, which we refined in close consultation with the client. We have already incorporated many conversion-optimised elements, as it is not only spacing and colours that play a role, but also a well thought-out psychological structure. We also handed over a digital style guide so that Sitis GmbH always knows how to use the design outside of the online shop.

With the new design in place, we moved seamlessly into the development phase. The hosting was prepared, layouts and elements were programmed, and technical details such as tracking were also set up. Again, we worked closely with the client, who gave us valuable feedback to make the final result even better. After thorough testing, the new online shop finally went live successfully.


The result

After 4-5 months of intensive work, the result is clear: a unique, modern and customer-friendly online shop that Sitis GmbH can use as a foundation for its targeted growth. Together we have created a shop that not only looks appealing, but is also technically up to date.

The shop loads quickly, is modern and flexible. Content can be easily expanded and customised. This means that Sitis GmbH is now able to add and update new products or information independently without having to rely on external support.

We have implemented tracking with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta and other platforms. This means that targeted advertising can now be placed via Google Ads and other channels. Important key figures and funnels can be analysed in order to optimise marketing strategies and make success measurable.
